The Gunks

Running the Shawangunk mountains in New York state (couple hours north of NYC) last Wednesday.  Awesome place.  Nice soft trails, single tracks, snow, tons o' rock climbers.

Assault!

Won the Assault on Pine Mountain 9M Trail Race yesterday.  I love this course- plenty of singletrack, a couple of tough climbs and some bomber descents!
